A student and I were comparing cameras. He just bought a new Fuji mirrorless camera and I was shooting with my trusty Canon T6i. I wanted to try out the Fuji in my environment: the studio with a monolight. I contacted Zin to do a quick shoot and she said yes. This was the first photo to test for exposure. It was overexposed but I kept it anyways. Unfortunately, we were unable to get the Fuji to work with the wireless flash trigger so I’ll have to test that another time. I initially edited this photo as a monochrome but thought the results were boring. The photo worked when I switched it back to color. Hence the title of this photo. Zin is an aspiring model. I’m looking forward to making more photos with her. @samsanchezphoto
